DACUT™ is a trademark of Alpine Brands, LLC (“ALPINE”) and ALPINE retains all right, title and interest in and to DACUT™.   

All brand names, logos, art, design elements, imagery, marketing, packaging, promotion,  and use thereof associated with DACUT™ are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Alpine Brands, LLC.  This includes, but is not limited to (1) commercial use on packaging, websites, advertising, social media, or merchandise; (b) use in social media handles, bios, display, or images; (c) use in retail facilities, sales, promotions, events, expos, or cross-brand collaborations; and (d) replication or imitation of product packaging and design elements.  

The information contained on this site, including all images, designs, photographs, writings, graphs, data, and other materials (Materials) are the sole and exclusive property of ALPINE and are protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other federal and state intellectual property and proprietary rights. You do not have permission to display, copy, distribute, download, or print any portions of this site except in the event that you are granted such use by the express, written authorization of ALPINE.  Nothing on this website or in your use of this Site provides any such authorization, and ALPINE does not grant you any express or implied right in or under any patents, trademarks, copyrights, or trade secret information, whether they are registered or not.  Your use of this website obligates you to comply with all trademark and copyright laws worldwide and to prevent unauthorized copying or use of its Contents.

The licensing for the use of any intellectual property owned by Alpine Brands, LLC is granted only though written licensing agreements executed by authorized officers of ALPINE.
