• You agree that you are twenty-one (21) years of age or older and hold a medical marijuana patient card that is current and valid in the State of Michigan.
• You acknowledge that the Site is an informational and e-commerce site. The information provided is for personal and educational purposes only.
• Offers on this site are void where prohibited by state, county, or local law. You are responsible for understanding the law in your jurisdiction.
• We reserve the right to deny the sale of products/services to ineligible individuals.
• By purchasing goods and/or services on our site, you accept responsibility for their safe use. DACUT shall not be responsible for misuse or failure to observe product directions.
• Unauthorized reproduction or use of the material contained on this site, including live linking to images, videos, or other content, is prohibited.

Interpretation and Definitions

• Agreement: This EULA forms the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Application.
• Application: The software program named DACUT.
• Company: DACUT, 12668 Gratiot Ave, Detroit, MI 48205.
• Device: Any device that can access the Application such as a computer, cell phone, or tablet.
• Third-Party Services: Any services or content provided by a third party that may be displayed or available via the Application.

Acknowledgment

By clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Scope of License

The Company grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application strictly in accordance with this Agreement.

Restrictions

• You may not sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, or commercially exploit the Application.
• You may not modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the Application.
• You may not remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices.

Intellectual Property

All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights remain the sole and exclusive property of the Company.

Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or the Company.

Governing Law

The laws of the State of Michigan govern this Agreement.

Alpine Terms

Alpine Terms and Conditions By signing up, I consent to enroll in the member list, understanding that I will receive marketing communications, including, but not limited to, advertisements, through text messages, calls either through an automatic telephone dialing system or artificial or prerecorded voice call, emails, or other outreach channels. By doing so, I understand that I am allowing DACUT, and it’s technology provider AIQ, Inc. to retain my personal contact details and engagement history for use in personalized marketing communications.
